About the Scholarship:
University College London is pleased to announce the opening of a new scholarship program for the 2018/2019 academic year. Opportunity Scholarship scholarships are designed to support students who are denied access to higher education student loans due to immigration status

Benefits and duration of the award:
The scholarship will consist of full tuition and a £ 10,750 per year living allowance for the normal duration of your program at the University College London. The annual renewal of the grant is subject to satisfactory academic progress.
Citizens of countries that are members of the World Bank are entitled to apply for this program
Applicants must be:
- An asylum seeker who offers a place in the London University University program in London, or
Grant the offeror a “limited” or “discretionary” leave to stay;
- Unable to access student funding (tuition fees or maintenance loan) due to your immigration status.
- Able to prove your situation, under one of the above categories.
- Asylum-seekers or children of asylum-seekers or unaccompanied asylum-seeking children who hold a University Place offer at the University of California will be eligible.
